Lauruscareers

Lauruscareers is tucked away in J.P. Nagar 7th Phase in Bangalore. It is a pretty residential part of the city that has grown a lot lately. Our office is just a regular suite where we handle recruitment and career stuff. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby with a fountain. Most people just walk in and see us sitting at our desks with our headsets on. We spend a lot of time on various job portals and talking to candidates about what they are looking for. It can be a bit tiring some days, but we keep at it. The office atmosphere is fairly relaxed. We don't wear suits unless we really have to for a meeting. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. We have a small corner where we make coffee, and that machine gets a lot of use every single morning. The traffic in JP Nagar can be tough, so we are used to people arriving a few minutes late for interviews. We don't mind much because we know how it is. We try to be helpful and give people honest feedback about their resumes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Karnataka. We just want to do our work well and help people get hired. It's a simple goal and it keeps us plenty busy from Monday to Friday.
