Kunnanth Electronics

Kunnanth Electronics is tucked away inside the Kssidc Industrial Area. We are located at P-4, which is fairly close to the Mahadevapura Post office. If you’ve ever been to this industrial area, you probably know it’s a bit of a maze to navigate. We’ve been working out of this same shed for a long time. There’s almost always the smell of solder in the air and little bits of wire scattered on the floor. We try to sweep up every evening, but it’s usually a losing battle by the next morning. My brother and I run the place for the most part. We have a few technicians who help us out with the actual bench work. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the testing equipment and spare parts boxes, but we make it work. The rain makes a lot of noise on the metal roof during the monsoon season. Sometimes it gets so loud we have to shout just to hear each other over the drumming. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so if you call, one of us will just pick up the phone right from the workbench. We do a lot of repairs and small assembly work. It’s honest labor and keeps us busy. People bring us things that need fixing, and we see what we can do. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we have those magnifying lamps for the really small components. It’s a quiet enough life here in Mahadevapura. It’s not fancy, but it is ours and it works for us.
