You can find Krutz Trident Machinery Corporation at D1 in the Unity Buildings on JC Road. It’s a bustling part of the city, and our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with various kinds of industrial machinery and the parts that go with them. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of technical manuals scattered around. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between the manufacturers and the people who actually use these machines on their job sites. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, and things can get a bit hectic during the busy season. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or were told about us by someone else. The building itself is an older one, and the hallways can be a bit dark, but it’s a good location for what we do. We usually have a cup of coffee while we go through the morning's orders. Sometimes we have to go out and look at a machine ourselves if there’s a problem we can’t figure out over the phone. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of us trying to make sure the machinery we sell keeps running like it should. It's practical work, and we're fine with that.
