We are over here in the higher secondary section of the college in Bangalore. The campus is always buzzing with energy because of all the students running around. It’s a big place, and sometimes it feels like a small city on its own. I spend most of my time in the office or walking between the classrooms. It’s not just about the books and the exams here; it’s about the noise in the hallways and the way the sun hits the courtyard in the afternoon. We have people from all over coming to study in Karnataka. It gets pretty loud during the breaks, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The staff room is usually full of coffee cups and stacks of papers that need marking. We don't really have time for those polished speeches you see in movies. It’s just real life, trying to keep everything organized and making sure the bells ring on time. Bangalore is a fast city, but inside these walls, we have our own rhythm. Sometimes the rain starts suddenly and everyone scrambles for cover under the awnings. It’s those little moments that make the day interesting. We've been part of this educational setup for a long time now. We just show up, do our jobs, and watch the kids grow up and move on to bigger things. It’s a steady kind of life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. There is always something new to learn even for those of us who work here.
