Hebbala is always busy, especially with the flyover and all the traffic coming in from the airport side. Our place is right there in the middle of the noise. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any flashy signs or glass walls. It’s just a solid place where we can sit down and focus on welfare work. We started this because we saw things in the neighborhood that weren't being taken care of. It’s not about being a big name. We just want to make sure the work gets done properly. The office is often a bit cluttered with boxes and folders. We aren't the best at keeping things perfectly neat, but we know where everything is. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we understand how things work here. We don't bother with corporate slogans or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather just talk for ten minutes and then get to it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave a bit early if the traffic looks like it’s going to be particularly bad. We’re just regular people trying to be useful. That’s really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks that need finishing.
