Aman Packers & Movers

Aman Packers & Movers is based at No.141, right near the Rajeshwari Weigh Bridge in Madavara. We have been working out of this spot on the 18th Mile of Tumkur Road for a long time now. The area is always busy with big trucks and a lot of dust from the TCI area. Our day usually starts early when we get the trucks ready and check our supplies of tape and bubble wrap. Moving people’s things is a lot of heavy lifting and it gets pretty tiring, especially when there are many stairs. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s just a simple room where we keep our records and answer the phone. Sometimes the traffic on Tumkur Road is so bad that it takes us forever to get to a job, but we just deal with it. We spend most of our time out on the road or in people's houses packing up their kitchens and bedrooms. It is a messy job sometimes with all the boxes and newspaper bits flying around. We try to be careful with the boxes marked fragile, but things happen when you're moving. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms; we are just a local crew doing the work. Most of our customers find us by seeing our trucks or through word of mouth. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it for a while and know how to pack a truck.
