Kirthi Tools (India) Pvt Ltd has its office and warehouse at 57/2 in Prakash Nagar, not too far from Crawford Market. It’s a busy area and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes, especially on market days. We focus on tools, mostly for industrial use. The building is an older one, and we've been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. Inside, it's mostly stacks of metal parts and heavy equipment. We aren't much for decorations; we prefer to keep the space functional for moving inventory in and out. Our team is small, just a few people who have been in the tool industry for most of their lives. We know what works and what doesn't. We don't spend money on big ads or slick brochures that nobody reads. We just talk to our customers and help them find the right gear for their shops. Sometimes we get busy with large orders, and the whole place feels like a beehive for a few hours. Other times, it's just one or two people coming in for a specific replacement part they can't find anywhere else. We take things as they come and try to keep a steady pace throughout the week. It’s a solid way to make a living, and we've made some good friends in the trade over the years. It's just us, some heavy tools, and a lot of iron and grease.
