Kiran Paint & Chemical

We are over at No. 307 on the 10th Main in Rajaji Nagar, specifically in the Manjunatha Nagar area. The air around here always smells a little bit like turpentine or fresh paint because that is what we deal with all day. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get into our section, and the walls are covered in different colored smears where we’ve tested out tints. We’ve got cans of chemicals and various paint buckets stacked up high, sometimes reaching the ceiling. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Kiran Paint & Chemical isn't a big operation. It’s just a few of us making sure the mixes are right. The 10th Main can get pretty congested in the evenings, so we usually try to get our heavy lifting done early in the morning. We have a small window that looks out over the street, though it’s usually too dirty to see much. We spend most of our time answering the phone and checking the stock levels in the back room. It gets a bit noisy when the mixing machines are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just sell paint and chemicals to whoever needs them and try to stay out of the heat.
