Our clinic is located at number 52 on Vittal Mallya Road, right in the Shanthala Nagar area of Bengaluru. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and most people around Ashok Nagar recognize the building. Inside, it’s usually a mix of the smell of antiseptic and the sound of the reception phone ringing. We spend most of our mornings getting the rooms ready and checking the schedule for the day. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes it hard for people to find parking, which is a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in this city. We have a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting the work done one patient at a time. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for the dental chairs and a small waiting area where we keep some old magazines. People come in for all sorts of things, from basic checkups to more complicated implant work. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people like neighbors. Most of our days are pretty routine. We start early, take a lunch break when we can, and usually wrap things up by the evening. It’s just a regular local dental office trying to stay organized in a very busy part of Bangalore.
