Kenchamba Industries

Kenchamba Industries is over at 124 Peenya Ghatlodia, which is near Ganapathi Nagar. This is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around nearby. Our building is a practical one, built for work rather than looking good. We have a shop floor where the actual manufacturing happens and a small corner partitioned off for the office work. It gets quite dusty here because of all the activity on the roads, so we are always wiping down the desks. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We aren't a giant corporation; we are just a local industry making parts and handling orders as they come in. The office is full of ledgers and old invoices piled up on shelves. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for what we need. During the lunch break, everyone usually sits together outside if the weather isn't too hot. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. Peenya is a busy hub, and being near Ganapathi Nagar makes it easy for our workers to commute. The trucks outside make a lot of noise, but it's just part of life in Peenya. It is a straightforward operation where we just focus on making things right instead of worrying about how the office looks to outsiders.
