We’re set up at Global Village, near the Rvce Post in Mylasandra, just off Mysore Road. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area is developed. We work on plastic fuel systems and other automotive components. It’s a more modern facility than some of the older industrial blocks. Inside, there's a lot of specialized equipment for blow molding and testing. We have a mix of engineers and operators who spend their time looking at molds and checking quality. It’s not just about making plastic jugs; it’s about complex parts that have to fit perfectly. The Mysore Road traffic can be a real pain in the evenings when everyone is trying to head back toward the city. We have a cafeteria where we eat lunch, and that's usually where you hear most of the shop talk. We follow specific processes because the automotive industry is pretty strict about things. It’s not all excitement; there’s a lot of monitoring screens and checking sensors. But we like the work. It feels good to see a finished product ready for a big car manufacturer. The campus at Global Village is quite large, so we’re just one part of a bigger puzzle there. We focus on our specific section and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a professional environment but we’re just regular people trying to do a good job with the tech we have available. We aren't doing anything fancy, just following the steps.
