Kanyalal & Brothers

Kanyalal & Brothers is located at 41277 Killari Road, which is just off the Avenue Road Cross. This area is one of the busiest parts of the old city. Killari Road is very narrow and it is always packed with people moving boxes and riding scooters. We have been in this spot for a long time. The shop is part of an old building that has seen a lot of years. It is quite a task getting stock in and out through the crowds, but we manage it every day. Inside, it is a bit dark and filled with stacks of items. We don't have much room for a fancy setup. It is more about function here. We know the other shopkeepers around us and there is always something going on in the lane. Avenue Road is just a short walk away, so we are right in the middle of all the trade. It gets very hot in the summer and the monsoon makes the lanes slippery, but we stay open regardless. Most of the people who come to us are repeat customers who have been coming for years. We don't change things much around here. It is just the way we have always done things. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise of the traffic just to be heard, but that is normal. We keep the ledger books by the front desk and do everything by hand.
