Kamal Electricals & Spares

Kamal Electricals & Spares is situated at 487/A 2 on St Marks Road. We are also right near where the 8th Main meets the 50 Feet Road. It is a good, busy corner for us to be on. The shop itself is relatively small, but we have managed to fit a huge number of electrical spares into the wooden cabinets and shelves. We have spent many years in this exact spot. The building is not new by any means, but it is sturdy enough and it keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We have dozens of small drawers filled with parts that only we can find without a struggle. It has become a bit of a routine for us, opening up the heavy shutters in the morning and setting out some of our items on the counter. St Marks Road gets a lot of foot traffic throughout the day, which we really enjoy. We see many familiar faces passing by every week. We do not use big corporate slogans or any of those fancy statements. We just sell the parts that people need for their home repairs. The area around 50 Feet Road has grown and changed a lot since we first started, but our little shop stays pretty much the same as it always was. We have a small stool for customers to sit on. It is not a fancy place, just a regular store where we do our best to help out. We are glad to be part of the street.
