If you see the Family Pharma Hospital, you just need to look for the stairs and head upstairs. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, especially during the hours when people are heading home from work. The institute is a simple space with a few classrooms and a small area where we keep all the books and registers. It’s not a big university campus, just a local place where people come to learn something new. We have desks and chairs that have been used by lots of different students over the years. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows and it gets quite bright inside. We spend a lot of time preparing materials and talking to parents who drop by to ask questions. There is usually a bit of noise from the pharmacy downstairs and the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s just about sitting down and getting through the lessons for the day. Sometimes we have tea during the breaks and just talk about how the classes are going. It’s a decent place to work and the people around here are friendly enough. We just try to keep things organized and helpful for everyone who walks through the door.
