We are located in the Khaleen Complex on Krishnarajendra Road. If you know where the Food World is, we are right above it on the Dr Modi Hospital Road side. It is a bit of a specific spot to find if you have never been here before. We spend our days surrounded by machines and various metal parts. The office is often full of paperwork and catalogs because there are so many different types of machine tools to keep track of. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything during the day. One minute you might be answering the phone and the next you are helping unload a heavy crate from a truck. We do not have fancy uniforms or a polished showroom to show off. It is more of a working environment where things get a bit greasy sometimes. We like it that way because it feels real to us. Customers usually come in knowing exactly what part they need, which makes our job a lot easier. Sometimes they bring in an old machine part that is broken and ask if we have a replacement in stock. We enjoy the challenge of hunting through the shelves to find the right match for them. The area around the complex is always busy with people shopping, so there is a lot of energy nearby. We keep our heads down and focus on the machines. It is a steady kind of life.
