K D Mistri & Co is located right in Rajajinagar, specifically on Dr Rajkumar Road in Bangalore. We are at 73-75 Marine Lines, which is basically right next to the ICICI Bank. Being next to a bank makes it pretty easy for people to find us. We have been in this part of Bangalore for quite some time now. The office isn't anything fancy. It is just a practical space where we get our work done. There are a lot of papers and folders everywhere because that is just how we operate. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking to folks who walk in. The traffic on Dr Rajkumar Road is usually pretty heavy, so we hear the honking all day long. It is a busy part of town. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our jobs and hope the work speaks for itself. Some days are busier than others. We might be running around trying to finish something up before the weekend. It is a small team here. We all know each other well. Sometimes we go out for tea near the bank when things get a bit too hectic. It is a regular local business. We do not try to be anything we are not. People come to us because we are in the neighborhood and we have been here for years. It is just how things go at 1st K Rajajinagar.
