We operate out of Sree Ganga Nilyam in the Nethravathy Extension area of K.R. Puram. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but this side of Bangalore is where we found a good spot. The building is more like a large house that’s been converted for work. We deal with all the Juki machinery stuff here, mostly sewing machines and parts. There are usually boxes stacked up in the corner because we get shipments in from Singapore and other places. It’s a bit of a mix of an office and a small warehouse. The staff is small, just a few of us handling the technical side and the sales. It can get pretty hectic when a big order comes in or if a customer has a machine that broke down. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and displays. If you come by, you’ll probably see someone working on a machine with grease on their hands. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon rains. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We drink our coffee, talk to the technicians, and make sure the orders get out to the garment factories. It’s nothing fancy, just a solid place to work in K.R. Puram. We try to keep the spare parts organized on the shelves so we can find things quickly when a repair job comes in.
