Jishnu Foundation

Jishnu Foundation is based in Bangalore North, specifically at No 36 on the 3rd floor of the TM Complex. You will find us on 6th A Main. Being up on the third floor means we have a bit of a view, though it is mostly just the tops of other buildings and a lot of power lines. The TM Complex is a typical commercial building with a lot of different small shops and offices. There is a lift, but it is quite slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we are not carrying anything too heavy. Our office is one of the smaller units in the whole building. We have three desks and a big cupboard that never stays shut properly no matter what we do. The 560079 area is quite busy, and there is always a bit of a struggle to find a good spot for tea in the evening. We spend most of our time here dealing with various documents and taking phone calls. It is a bit cramped when we have more than one visitor, but we manage by pulling in some extra stools from the corner. The lighting in the hallway is not the best, so we have a couple of desk lamps to help out. We have been here for a couple of years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It is just a regular place where we show up and work.
