Jayem Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Sandhya Nursing Home Complex at 561. We are on the 11th Cross, 3rd Main, in West of Chord Road 2nd Stage. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s easy to find once you are in the area. We deal with impex, which is import and export. It’s a lot of dealing with suppliers and buyers. We spend our days looking at invoices and shipping documents. The complex is busy because of the nursing home, so there’s always people around. Our office is a simple space where we keep our computers and all our records. We handle a variety of goods. It’s interesting to see what people are buying and selling from month to month. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working hard to get things right. Sometimes customs makes things difficult, and we have to go down there to explain things in person. It’s just part of the routine. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. If a shipment is going to be late, we let the client know as soon as we can. We value honesty over being polished. We’ve been here for a while now and have built up a good rhythm. It’s a decent business and we just keep at it every day, making sure the paperwork is in order.
