Jaleby

We are located up on the 3rd floor at No. 162 in the 4th T Block of Jayanagar. Our spot is right on 32E Cross, and if you’re looking for us, we’re actually situated at the back side of the DN Model School. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache when school lets out in the afternoon. We called the business Jaleby because we liked the name, not because we sell sweets or food. Most of our day is spent at our computers or in small meetings around a cluttered table. The climb up to the 3rd floor is good exercise, though we’re usually out of breath if we have to carry up heavy boxes or supplies. There isn't any corporate branding on the walls or a strict dress code here. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts to work. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air and watch the students playing in the yard next door. It’s a fairly quiet office most of the time, except for the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone ringing. We aren't interested in being the most famous company in Bangalore. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at a decent hour. Sometimes we order snacks for the whole office and just sit and talk for an hour. It feels more like a group of friends working together than a formal company. We've been here for a while and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon.
