You can find us at C 11 in the Yelahanka Industrial Estate. We are Janhavi Precision Pvt Ltd, and as our name suggests, we deal with precision components and machining work. The workshop is almost always noisy with the constant sound of lathes and milling machines running. It is not the cleanest place in the world, as there are always metal shavings and oil around the floor, but that is the nature of this job. We have a small crew of technicians who have been with us since we first started the business. We do not have a fancy reception area for visitors. If you come by, you will likely walk right into the work area where we are measuring parts with calipers. Yelahanka is a bit far out for some people, but for an industrial estate, it is a good location. We have had the same machines for a long time, though we try to upgrade bits and pieces when we can afford to do so. Sometimes a job goes wrong and we have to start over from scratch, which is just part of the daily process. We do not have a corporate culture or any of those modern things. We just focus on getting the dimensions right for whatever order we are working on. It is a practical, straightforward business. We eat lunch together in a small corner of the shop. It is quiet in the evenings once the machines are finally turned off. We have been at C 11 for years.
