We are tucked away over at No.35/39 Lakshmi in Shankarapuram. Most people know the area because of the Bangalore High School right behind us or the Uma Theatre which is quite close. Being near Shankara Park makes for a nice walk if we ever get a break from the shop floor. We deal with auto cables here. It’s oily work sometimes and the machines can be quite loud when everything is running at once. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a long time. The street outside can get pretty jammed with traffic, especially when the school lets out in the afternoon. We spend our days checking lengths of wire and making sure the fittings are right. It’s repetitive work, but it has to be done correctly or the parts won't fit the cars. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing team. We just focus on the cables. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to chat for a minute. It feels like a proper community spot here in Shankarapuram. We try to keep things moving so we don't fall behind on what people need. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we do. You’ll usually see a few of us out front during lunch. It's just a regular business trying to stay busy and do right by the folks who buy our stuff.
