J. P. N Brush House

Our place, J. P. N Brush House, is located at No. 12 J P Nilayam. It's on the 11th cross in Kalanagar, which is part of the Kammagondanahalli area near Jalahalli West. It's a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address when people ask. We've been working out of this building for a long time. It’s actually a house that we use for the business. There are brushes everywhere you look. Different sizes, different types, some for cleaning, some for industrial use. We grew up around this stuff. It isn't a modern factory or anything like that. It’s more of a traditional workshop where things move at a steady pace. Sometimes the 11th cross gets a bit muddy when it rains, and finding parking for deliveries can be a headache, but we manage. People in Jalahalli West know us as the brush people. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years. They know we’re at J P Nilayam and that we’ll have what they need in stock. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so it feels very personal. We’re just regular folks making sure the orders go out on time. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, which suits us fine. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It's a simple life here and we like the way the place smells like wood and fibers all day long.
