You can find us at 875/35 on Avenue Road, which is always a bit of a chaotic place to be. If you have ever been down this way, you know how crowded the streets get with people and carts moving everywhere. Our shop is tucked in there with all the others, and we have been part of this neighborhood for a long time. We don't have a lot of space, so boxes are usually stacked up pretty high towards the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We spend most of our day answering the phone and helping people who walk in looking for specific items. We are just regular people trying to run a decent agency without any of the corporate fluff you see elsewhere. There is no air conditioning and the noise from the street is constant, but it feels like home to us. We handle a lot of different orders and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when everyone wants something at the same time. We don't pretend to be anything more than a small local business. We just try to keep the right stuff in stock and treat people fairly when they come to buy from us. It is a fast-paced environment and we just keep our heads down and work through the pile of tasks each morning. It is a simple life of trading and dealing with the public.
