Our office is on the 2nd floor of Rama Arcade, which is at No.49. We’re right near Pet Planet on Bowring Hospital Road in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a very active part of town, always lots of people walking around and shops opening and closing. Being on the second floor means we carry a lot of packages up and down the stairs, which keeps us fit, I suppose. The office is mostly just stacks of envelopes and boxes waiting to go to the airport or the local sorting center. We’ve got a few computers for the tracking side of things, but most of the work is just manual handling. Shivaji Nagar is a bit chaotic, so getting deliveries in and out can be a challenge during the peak hours. We try to stay organized, but with so many parcels moving through such a small space, it can get a bit cluttered. We’ve been in Rama Arcade for quite a while now. The building is older, but it’s a good location for us since it’s central. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know the routine inside out. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us busy with tape and labels. It’s a simple business of getting things delivered globally. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the backup, but we manage to keep things moving.
