Infin Machine Tools Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor of 99 Spencer Road in Frazer Town. It’s a nice enough area, a bit more residential and quiet than some of the big industrial parks you find in the city. We like being on the ground floor because it makes moving heavy tools and machines so much easier. You don't want to be lugging heavy metal parts up a flight of stairs in this heat. Our shop is a bit of a mix between an office and a workshop. We have a few desks at the front and the tools and machinery towards the back. It smells like oil and metal most of the time, which we don't mind. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small crew of us who know our machines inside and out. We talk to our customers like they’re neighbors because a lot of them actually are. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or big promises. We just show people the tools and explain how they work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds in the trees outside. We just take things as they come. It’s a simple, honest business. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay as long as the neighbors don't mind the occasional noise from the workshop.
