Infant Industries

At Infant Industries, we are tucked away in the Krishnappa Building over in Kamagondanahalli. It’s number 3 on the list of units there. The building is an old one, and you can tell by the way the walls look, but it serves us just fine for what we do. We mostly deal with small-scale manufacturing and assembly stuff. There isn't a lot of room to move around when we have a big shipment coming in or going out. Most days, it’s just the sound of the machines and us talking over the noise. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the work every day from morning until the sun goes down. The neighborhood is mostly residential around the industrial pockets, so it feels quite local. We see the same neighbors every day and share news about what’s happening on the street. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, so we have to keep an eye on that during the monsoon season. We take things one day at a time, making sure the parts we make are decent enough to send out. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We just keep our tools sharp and our heads down. It’s a basic operation without any of the corporate fluff you see in the bigger industrial parks. We just do our thing here in Kamagondanahalli.
