Ulsoor is one of those parts of Bangalore that still has a bit of the old charm left, even though it gets more crowded every single year. Our office is tucked away in a residential street, so it stays a bit quieter than being right on the main road. The building is just a standard house that was converted into a workspace a while back. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit for a minute if the weather is nice. Inside, it is mostly just open space with a few wooden partitions. We have been in this 560008 zip code for a while now and we know the neighbors on this street pretty well. The 20th Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a real headache if you come with a car. Most of us just take the bus or ride a scooter to work. There is a small shop nearby that sells snacks and cold drinks, which is where we go in the afternoon. We do not really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. It is mostly just two or three people typing away and chatting about what needs to be finished next. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have not gotten around to that yet. It is a practical place to work without any extra fluff.
