Indira Priya Darshini

Indira Priya Darshini has been operating near the clock tower for quite some time now. We are situated right across from the Syndicate Bank branch. It is a very busy part of the town, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to get to their jobs. We open up the shutters early, usually while the air is still a bit cool. The shop isn't anything big or fancy to look at. We just have the basic shelves and a counter where we spend most of our day. You won't find any shiny signs or bright lights here. We just have our name above the door and that is enough for the people who know us. Sometimes the crowd from the bank overflows onto the street in front of our door, and we just have to work around it. It gets a bit noisy with all the honking and the people talking, but you get used to it after a while. We don't really do any advertisements or have a website. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The floor is just plain stone and we sweep it out a couple of times a day to keep the dust down. We have a small stool in the corner where we sit when things get quiet, but that doesn't happen very often. It is just a regular local business doing what we do every single day. We don't have any big plans to change things. We just want to keep showing up.
