Ilomo Foundation

If you find yourself in Doddakallasandra, you might come across the Vaishnav Posya Apartments. We are in unit 401 on the 4th floor. It’s located in the 2nd Block on 7thB Main in Narayananagar. Being the Ilomo Foundation means we spend a lot of time in this specific corner of Bangalore. The apartment building is fairly standard, and our office is just one of the rooms converted for work. It’s a bit crowded with all the boxes and papers we have lying around. Bangalore-560062 is a busy place, but this part of Narayananagar is slightly more tucked away. We start our day early, usually before the traffic gets too bad on the main road. There’s no mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done each day and we try to finish it. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. The kitchen area is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea. It’s a very normal office environment. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Most of our time goes into checking lists and making calls. It’s steady work, and we are glad to have a roof over our heads in this part of Karnataka. We keep things pretty simple here and don't worry too much about having the latest furniture or gadgets as long as the work gets finished.
