Our office is at S-920/41 in the Manipal Centre on Dickenson Road. It’s a big building, and we are tucked away in one of the corridors. Being in Manipal Centre means we are surrounded by all sorts of other businesses. Our space is mostly computers and desks. Since we handle online services, we spend most of our day staring at screens and typing away. It’s not a very loud place, mostly just the sound of clicking keys and the occasional phone call. We have been here for a while and have seen many neighbors come and go. The building itself is quite well-known in the area, which makes it easy to tell people where we are. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room with fancy magazines. It’s just an office where we do our work. We take our breaks in the common areas of the centre or grab a quick tea nearby. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just show up and get through the tasks for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up or a server goes down, and then things get a bit hectic, but usually, it's a steady pace. We like being in this part of the city because everything is accessible. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do every day. We just keep things moving and get the job done.
