Ibs

Ibs is over at 146 2nd Mainroad in Metrolayout, Bangalore. It’s a typical Bangalore spot where the trees are nice but the traffic on the main road can be a real nightmare if you time it wrong. The office is tucked into the layout and it feels fairly secluded compared to the busier parts of the city. We have a small area where we keep our things and it gets pretty crowded when everyone is in at the same time. There’s usually a stack of boxes in the corner that we keep meaning to move to the back, but they’ve sort of become part of the furniture now. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking amongst ourselves about the daily tasks. The internet goes out sometimes when there is a heavy storm, which is just part of living in this area. When that happens, we just take a break or sort through the physical files until it comes back on. There is a small place down the road that makes good tea, so someone is usually heading out to grab a few cups in the afternoon. It isn’t a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a ground-floor space with some desks and people working hard to get things sorted out. We don’t worry about the small stuff; we just focus on getting through the list of things to do.
