We are based on the third floor of Block A in the EGL complex. It’s located just off Indiranagar, right on the Koramangala Intermediate Ring Road. It is a large building and there are many people working here from all sorts of backgrounds. Our office at Ibm India Pvt. Ltd. is just one part of this big space. There are desks everywhere and people are usually busy on their laptops or in meetings. The view from the third floor is alright, mostly looking out over the busy road and other buildings. The traffic on the Ring Road can be a real headache during peak hours, so many of us arrive early or stay a bit late. It’s a modern office but we try to keep things grounded. We have a pantry where we grab coffee and chat for a bit before heading back to our tasks. It is a big operation, but in our corner, it feels like a regular team trying to solve problems. We don't talk much about grand visions; we just focus on the code or the projects we have for the week. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. The air conditioning is always on, which is nice when it’s hot outside. We just come in, do our hours, and head home like everyone else. It’s a long day sometimes, but the group we have makes it better. We focus on what’s on our screens and keep moving.
