HSD is located over at A-11/12 in the 1st Cross of the 1st Stage in Peenya Industrial Estate. Peenya is a big, busy place with lots of factories and workshops, and we are right in the thick of it. Our space is pretty functional—it’s built for work, not for showing off. You’ll see a lot of metal and machines around if you walk through the doors. The 1st Stage area has a lot of history with small businesses like ours. We spend the day handling various industrial tasks, and it gets pretty loud sometimes with all the neighboring shops running their equipment. It’s the kind of place where your hands might get a little dirty, and everyone is okay with that. There’s a certain rhythm to the 1st Cross; you get to know the delivery drivers and the guys from the other units. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the back working on a machine or sorting through parts. The address is easy enough to find if you know Peenya, but for newcomers, the industrial estate can be a bit of a maze. We like it here because everything we need for the business is right around the corner. It’s a hard-working neighborhood and we fit right in with the rest of the shops on our street.
