Our office is located at No. 1027 in Ashok Nagar. We deal with hospital solutions, which basically means we help out with the equipment and systems that hospitals need to run properly. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or responding to emails about parts, repairs, or new installations. The office in Ashok Nagar is where we keep all the records and where a few of us sit during the day. We have a small warehouse area too for some of the smaller items. It’s usually pretty quiet here unless a big order is going out. We work with various clinics and bigger hospitals to make sure they have what they need. We don't have a flashy showroom; it's mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of manuals. Sometimes we have to go out to a site to see how a piece of equipment is fitting in or to talk to the staff there. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking specifications. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so we know the local area well. The traffic in Ashok Nagar can be a pain, but we manage to get our deliveries out. We’re just a regular company trying to provide what the medical community around here asks for. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from Monday to Friday until we close up for the weekend.
