We are tucked away in Asheervad Colony over in Horamavu at Charnock House. It’s a quiet spot on the 8th Cross but the warehouse is usually full of activity from the morning onwards. We handle all sorts of industrial cleaning machines and equipment. If you walk into our place you’ll see floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and high-pressure washers stacked up. It isn't a retail shop where people come to buy groceries or small items. We mostly deal with other businesses that need to keep their buildings and factories clean. The staff here spends time checking the motors and making sure the brushes are in good shape before anything goes out for delivery. It gets a bit noisy when we are testing the heavy-duty machines. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a professional setup but we don't act like a big stiff corporation. We drink tea together in the break area and talk about the day's deliveries or the local weather. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow turns in the colony but we manage to get them loaded. We keep a lot of spare parts in the back because these machines work hard and things eventually wear down. It’s mostly about helping folks find the right tool for a big cleaning job. We don't use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what the machine can do and how to maintain it.
