Homil Tools

Homil Tools is based in the Ranjit Engineering Complex, specifically units 79 and 80. We are in the 3rd Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area, which is a busy part of Bangalore to be in. Our daily life revolves around the tools and the worktables in our units. It’s not a polished environment; it’s a functional one. We have all our gear spread out, and it might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. Being in the 3rd Phase means we are surrounded by other workshops, so there is always a lot of clanging and banging going on nearby. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Usually, we just have the doors open to get a bit of a breeze while we work. It’s hard work and it can be tiring, but we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. We don't bother with much talk about strategy or growth; we just focus on the tools we are working on right now. The local canteen is where we usually grab a quick lunch before getting back to it. It’s a simple life here in the complex, and we just try to keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to make sure the tools are right and the machines are running as they should.
