We are over at C6 Aishwarya Complex in Iyappa Nagar, which is part of Jalahalli West in Bangalore. If you are looking for us, we are right beside the ICICI bank, so that’s the easiest way to find the door. This complex stays pretty busy because of the bank and the other shops around. There is usually a lot of parking trouble out front, which is just how Bangalore is these days. Our clinic is just a simple unit inside the building. We have the usual shelves full of those small white pills and liquids. I spend my time talking to the people who come in from the Jalahalli area. Some are workers from the nearby industries and others are families who have lived in Iyappa Nagar for a long time. It’s a mixed group of people. The office is small and we don't have any big corporate decorations. It’s just a place to get medicine. I usually have the radio on low in the background while I work. Sometimes it’s quiet and I can get some reading done, but then three people will walk in at once. We just take them one by one. It’s a honest way to spend the day. Being next to the bank means there’s always someone nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work we know how to do.
