Our clinic is located at 76/2 Jumboniwas, which is actually the outhouse part of the property. We're right across from the Syndicate Bank on Diagonal Road in V.V. Puram. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Bangalore. The building has a bit of age to it, which gives it some character. We’ve been seeing people here for their health needs for a long time. It’s not a giant hospital, just a local clinic where things are a bit more personal. The waiting area is small, so it can get full pretty quickly if a few people show up at the same time. We try to keep things tidy, but with all the files and supplies, it’s a working space. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the bank or the nearby shops. We hear the traffic all day long. Our staff knows most of the people who come in regularly. We don't use a lot of fancy medical jargon; we just talk to people about what's bothering them. It's a humble setup, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on consultations and making sure we understand what’s going on with everyone who walks in. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the road outside a bit messy, but that’s just life here. We’re just a local health spot doing our daily work, year after year, and we like the people we meet.
