Our place is located in the Survey of India staff quarters in Koramangala which is a very green part of Bangalore 34. Specifically we are at Quarter No. 7 in the New Block and it is a very calm environment compared to the main roads nearby. We have been here for a while and the space is filled with all sorts of things related to making homes look better. There are fabric samples and some old wooden blocks scattered around the desks. It is a residential area so it doesn't feel like a typical office at all which we actually prefer because it feels more like home. We spend a lot of time on our feet moving things around or sketching out new ideas on large sheets of paper. The light in this quarter is quite good in the mornings which helps when we are looking at colors for a project. We usually have a lot of paperwork to deal with because of all the different suppliers we talk to across the city. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat since we have been here for so long and they know we are usually working inside. It is not a corporate setup with a boss in a separate room we all just sit together and figure things out as we go. We don't have a website that looks professional or anything we just work by word of mouth and people finding us here in the quarters.
