You can find us at No. 67 on St. Marks Road. It’s a pretty central part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. Hm Suites & Studios is basically a place for people to stay when they need to be in the heart of things. We’ve got different rooms and studio setups. It’s an older building in some parts, so it has its quirks, like the elevator being a bit slow or the pipes making noise once in a while. But it's got a lot of character. We aren't like those big chain hotels where everything looks exactly the same. Our staff is local and we’ve been around for a while. St. Marks Road is great because you can walk to so many places from here, although the traffic is pretty loud during the day. We try to keep the rooms tidy and comfortable for whoever is staying with us. It’s a busy life running a place like this. There’s always a light to change or a guest who needs something at an odd hour. We don't have a corporate handbook for every little thing; we just talk to people and try to help out. It’s a practical place for people who want to be near the action without paying for a five-star lobby they won't use. We’ve been here for years and we know the city quite well. It’s not fancy, but it works.
