We are located at number 78 in Phase III. It’s a straightforward industrial setup. We spend our days dealing with tools and everything that goes along with them. The building has seen better days, but it does the job for us. We don't have a team of people writing fancy brochures or anything. It’s just us. Most of the time, the floor is busy with people moving stock around. It can get a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we always manage to find what we need eventually. We’ve been around for a long time, so we know the regulars who come in. We don't go in for those big mission statements that you see in airports. We just focus on the tools. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If a customer has a question, we answer it. It’s not more complicated than that. Phase III is a good location for us, even if the roads are a bit bumpy. We have our regulars who drop in for a chat and a tea. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere, even with all the heavy lifting going on. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We’re just a tool company that’s been doing this for years, and we plan to keep doing it for a lot more. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a muddy mess, but we just put on our boots and get on with it.
