Our spot is in the D Annex of Ulsoor Tower, specifically units 1 and 2. Ulsoor is a busy part of the city, and being in the tower means we see a lot of different people coming and going every day. Hid (India) Pvt Ltd isn't some massive operation with hundreds of people; we’re just a dedicated group working out of these two rooms. The view from the window isn't much, just some other buildings and the street below. We keep the place pretty organized, but there’s always a few stray boxes in the corner. We don't really go for the whole corporate vibe. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and get on with it. We spend a lot of time on emails and talking to people on the phone. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s how we keep the lights on. The tea breaks are important to us. We usually gather in the small pantry area and talk about anything except work for fifteen minutes. It helps keep the stress down. Ulsoor Tower is a landmark for most people, so it’s easy to tell people where we are. We just show up every morning, do the things that need doing, and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It's a very normal, honest way to spend the day. We don't make it more complicated than it is. We just focus on the tasks at hand.
