Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Raheja Arcade, right in the middle of 5th Block, Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know Koramangala is always moving, and Raheja Arcade has seen plenty of businesses come and go over the years. We are at 109 Koramangala Vi Bk, and it’s a pretty standard workspace. We deal with a lot of hardware and fittings, so there are always samples lying around and people discussing how things should open or slide. It isn't a silent library type of office. There’s usually a bit of a buzz with the staff talking to vendors or checking on deliveries. The parking downstairs is a bit of a struggle, and we usually end up grabbing lunch from one of the small places nearby because it’s faster than going anywhere else. We have a mix of people here, some who have been with the company since the start and some new faces who are still learning the ropes. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes stuck everywhere. The air conditioning works most of the time, and we keep the coffee pot going to get through the afternoon slump. It’s just a group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly in a very crowded part of the city. We do our best to stay organized despite the constant chaos outside.
