Hero Mobile Solution

We are situated right at Punit Nagar Crossing Road 1, not too far from the Bangalore GPO. The shop is small, but we managed to fit a lot of stuff into the glass cabinets over the years. Mostly it is just phones that need new screens or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. People are always in a hurry when their phone breaks, so it gets a bit stressful behind the counter sometimes. The crossing is always packed with people and motorcycles, so it never really gets quiet here. We have a lot of chargers and plastic cases hanging on the walls to use up the space. It isn't a very large shop, so we have to stay organized or we lose track of the repair tickets. I spend a lot of my time hunched over a desk with a magnifying glass and a heat gun. The air conditioner struggles a bit when the afternoon sun hits the front window. We see all kinds of people coming through the GPO area. Some just want a screen protector put on straight, others have dropped their phone in water and are hoping for a miracle. We don't make any big promises, we just take the device and see what can be done. It's just a regular shop where we try to get things working again so people can get back to their day.
