Henzileta Exide Batteries

Henzileta Exide Batteries is over in Jeevan Bhima Nagar at M23. As the name suggests, we have a lot of Exide products stacked up from the floor to almost the ceiling. These batteries are heavy, so moving them around is a daily workout for us. The shop has that distinct smell of lead and chemicals that you get in any battery place. We spend a lot of time with the charging units, testing old batteries to see if they can still hold a charge or if they are completely dead. Jeevan Bhima Nagar is a busy residential area, so we get a lot of car owners coming in when their engines won't start in the morning. The shop is pretty basic, just a concrete floor and some heavy-duty metal racks. We have a small table where we fill out the warranty cards and take payments. It is not a quiet place because of the constant hum of the chargers and the traffic outside on the M block. We don't really do much besides batteries, so it is a very specialized little hole in the wall. Sometimes we are out on the curb helping someone swap a battery into their trunk. It is a messy job sometimes, especially when dealing with old terminals, but it is what we do here every day from morning until the sun goes down.
