Our setup is located in Krishnarajapuram, which is a part of Bangalore that never really stops moving. If you’ve ever been stuck at the KR Puram bridge, you know exactly what the area is like. We run the healthcaremagic.com operations from here. It’s an office environment where a lot of the work happens behind computers. Even though the business is online, we have a real physical presence here in 560036. The team spends the day managing the website, talking to doctors, and making sure the questions people ask online get routed to the right places. It’s a lot of coordination. The office itself is pretty standard, with desks, computers, and the usual hum of air conditioning and people typing away. Outside, the neighborhood is a mix of old houses and new shops popping up everywhere. We aren't a walk-in clinic, so we don't have patients waiting in a lobby, which makes it a different vibe than a hospital. It’s more about the digital side of health. We take our lunches at the local spots nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the construction and the traffic from the main road, but we’re used to it. Being in Bangalore, you just learn to work through the chaos. We’ve been in this area for a good stretch of time and it feels like home to us. It’s just a group of regular people working to keep a big website running smoothly every single day.
