Health Cottage Hospital

Health Cottage Hospital is situated at No-289 on the 1st Cross in Cambridge Layout. That’s in the Ulsoor area, and we are quite close to the Sai Baba Temple. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, with a bit more green than some other spots. The building itself has been around for some time. It’s not one of those massive new hospitals with glass walls. Instead, it feels more like an old house that was converted into a medical space, which is why we have the "Cottage" name. There are different rooms for different needs, spread across the floors. The hallways are a bit narrow, and you have to know your way around to find the right department. We have a small courtyard area where people can sit and get some air. It’s usually quite peaceful, except for the sounds of the bells from the temple nearby. We see all sorts of cases here, from minor bumps to people who need to stay for a few days. The staff is mostly local folks who have been working here for years. We use paper charts mostly, and there’s always a stack of folders on the nurse’s desk. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on taking care of the patients who come through our doors every day in Ulsoor. We try to keep the atmosphere calm because hospitals can be stressful places for most families. It’s just how we do things.
