Getting to our place at No.174 on S P Road involves a bit of a climb since we are on the 3rd floor of the G.S Building. S P Road is always a chaotic place, no matter what time of day it is. You have to dodge carts and bikes just to get to the entrance. Once you’re up here, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the shouting from the street. We supply industrial stuff, so the office is mostly full of boxes and ledgers. It’s a tight space. We have to shuffle things around every time a new shipment comes in. The elevator in this building is temperamental, so we end up using the stairs more than we’d like. My legs are definitely stronger because of it. We don't have a receptionist or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't on the phone. We’ve got a small window that looks out over the rooftops, which is nice when you need a break from looking at invoices. Most of the staff has been here for years. We eat lunch at our desks most days. It’s not fancy, but we know where everything is and how to get things done. The paperwork piles up sometimes, but we get through it. It’s just a regular supply business in a very busy part of town. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just want to finish the orders and go home before the traffic gets even worse.
