Grindwell Norton Limited

Our Bangalore office is tucked into flat 202 at Sri Venkateswara Homes. It’s right on Rama Temple Road in New Thippasandra. If you know Bangalore, you know this area has a lot of character and plenty of traffic. Being in a residential-style building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a glass skyscraper. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and the kitchen area is where we usually end up talking about the weekend. We’re part of the Grindwell Norton group, but this branch handles its own set of responsibilities. There’s a temple nearby, so we often hear the bells and the general buzz of the street. It’s a lively place to work. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just come up to the second floor and knock. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. We try to keep things simple and get the work done without overcomplicating it. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff delivered, but we manage. The staff here has been around for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change. It's a nice little spot for us, and it works well for the kind of daily business we need to take care of in the city. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand until the day is done.
